Resident Services include housing, coordination of services by a staffed Service Coordinator, active resident council, social activities, health and safety education, computer literacy training through an on - site Neighborhood Network Center .
The Service Coordinator is a social service staff person hired by Paragon Management, Inc. to enhance your living standard at Delaware Manor.
The Service Coordinator will strive to improve the quality of life for all the residents of the building but will work primarily with elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk and those non - elderly residents with disabilities. The Service Coordinator will help those residents obtain the supportive services they need to continue living independently. The goal will be to meet the specific desires and needs of the residents themselves.

Care One Blood Pressure Clinic is every third Thursday of the month at 1pm. Next schedule clinic is February 18th at 1pm.
Our Holiday Celebration was a success. We would like to thank Care One Home Health Agency for providing cookies and punch for the celebration and also Grand Rapids Spiritual Reflections for singing.
A big Thank You to New Hope Baptist Church for providing a wonderful Holiday Meal for our residents.
